If the case cannot be settled by agreement then we will tell you about the 'Small Claims Track' in the County Court. This is designed to be cheap quick and easy to use. You can now even commence a claim yourself on line!

However, we also recognise that there will be occasions when it is better and ultimately more cost effective to use a solicitor. If a matter does reach court then you will find that we are experienced, tough and committed to looking after your interests. We will talk through with you the commercial risks and also how the case can be funded. You may not even have to fund a case yourself.
